another way to do it, is to have an address there (origin) that you visit regularly, and then you can bring it back after a year of ownership.

but you  will be investigated and your passport and travel docs will be checked to prove your movements.

You can't just buy it and park it.

Also, the cars mileage may be checked too, to confirm usage.
