It's not dodgy, dodgy, it's normal for those sorts of auction places. I've never heard of an offer of a test drive from them or others. They're not the usual car dealer.

What about the no PPI ? that's bullshit, are you allowed to lift the bonnet or do you have to buy it before you can check it has an engine.
