Clients of ours. It's an ADAC badge, the German auto association like our RAA. They also organised many of the classic German race events at Solitude and the Nurburgring.

Here's an early "ADAC" and more recent ADAC badge with the same eagle as the decal, on the back of the 901.

Also an ACM badge, Automobil Club de Monaco- the Monaco GP and Monte-Carlo Rallye organisers.
