A nice heel toe downshift is a very satisfying thing indeed.

I think paddles for the race track
Stick for a nice drive through the countryside
Auto if you dont like driving

and given that i care 1/100th of #uck all about track driving i guess thats why i like driving stick :D

DSG is a fantastic system, its seamless, its fast and works perfectly.  but its just like an auto box, its so good you really feel like you're just not driving anymore :(

case in point, i actually am looking for a new DD. new Polo GTi fits the bill perfectly, small 1.4l Twin Charged engine with 190hp.  perfect, except it is DSG only :(   and doesnt even have Launch Control :(
