There's a freelance hub here in Melbourne in the city... on Collins and Market st... can't quite remmber what it's called... but it's very successful as far as I know (for both the owners and for freelancers).

I like Andrei's idea of moving to Melbourne tho... you can swap between his office (with exotics) and my new office (with exotics - not mine tho! :P ) ... ;)

C'mon Ash... Melbourne is calling you!!! ;)
