He said a total collapse would take out the mine and the neighbours sheds and future branch failures would likely take out only my shed but unlikely to have failure hit my other outdoor habitation areas unless there was significant winds.

my neighbors gum tree took out common fence his shed and lawn mower (he seemed to more devastated about mower then shed & fence at the time)

Tree Dr came out and said it would happen again and now its in process of paperwork and that (not to sure what). but being in the foothills gully winds are destorying the tree in the mean time is dropping more and more smaller branches. im just glad none of it is over the house just the pool and his now crashed shed.
