I'm sorry - I never meant this to turn into another eFight. I just wanted to know if there were options.

Mark: the frustrations have never been at the 'spanner' level, more at the 'desk' part of the operation. Things taking waaaay too long (6-weeks and counting for a clutch change!), delivery timelines not being met, no communication if there are issues etc
