Must be tricky for you in a situation like this. You help sell a car that you service and give your recommendation to the purchaser. If something goes wrong, you're in a very tricky situation, legally at least. Maybe morally as well.

In your shoes, I'd tell the purchaser to get a PPI done somewhere else.....and not recommend that person...leave it to the purchaser to find someone.
