It is with great sadness that I inform you of the sudden passing of Tim
Taylor from PPQ last Sunday morning.

I am sure that many Queensland Number Plate Collectors & Enthusiasts had spoken to or met Tim at one time or
another regarding Qplates or any type of Queensland Number Plate.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tim once at the 2010 PPQ Plate Auction &
spoke to him at length about Qplates & life in general but had spoken to him many times on
the phone regarding the purchase & sale of many Qplates over the past 3
or so years.

He will be sorely missed throughout PPQ & also to the many people who
are in contact with PPQ on a regular basis, including myself.

I would like to also take this opportunity to wish Tims family & close
friends my sincere condolences, & wish them all the very best in this
extremely sad time.

R.I.P. Tim

Kindest Regards,
Scott Thomson

Scott I don't want to message you this late, and I am certain Mel is asleep.

I will call her tomorrow morning, but if you see this tonight can you please message me what has happened?

It was great to talk with you this morning mate......unfortunate & sad circumstances though :(

I received an email from the General Manager of PPQ, Ian Andrew expressing his appreciation for all the well wishes for Tims family over the last couple of days.

It is so sad when someone so young & loved passes away without any warning for their family to say goodbye :(

It was good to touch base again, and thank you very much for the call. However such horrible news is never easy to listen to.

Both Alex and my family pass their thanks to you for the information. I am in the process of writing an email to the team now.
