Just impact I think, with all the friggin scientists sucking on the public purse you'd reckon that when put to the test just once they could see something like this coming.......

Maybe they knew and didn't want the panic. Wouldn't have been a very different course to land on the town.

Definitely a sonic boom, that's what caused most of the damage in the populated areas.

Thats' a frikin huge hole!

This video is unrelated to the meteor. Apparently that is a natural gas related fire.
