is that the mcdonalds ad, where  the kid sits and watches under a sheet in sort of fort hes made?

Ive seen it a couple of times, and I was confused by it

it seems the kids mother is dead, or left  or run off
and the kids confused and sad by this
and the dad has no clue where she is, and is out looking for her
and he cant find her so comes home with mcdonalds and they watch the olympics under the bed sheet instead of hanging themselves

to me it was a really strange ad!

Yes like you cant watch healthy sport unless you're eating crap.
I dont care what they think it means it comes across as crap.

Funny that THE T from the commonwealth bank commercials has been correct most of the time with his predictions! Also hope the tranny in the 800 wrecks everyone in the final.

A few thoughts from last few days...

False starts for track athletes shouldnt mean instant dsq. In sailing, they can cross the start line without any penalty, as long as they address it before the start.

The pole vaulter Aussie should have practised more, and not encouraged the farce that was rnd1.

Canadas penalty in the mens 4x100m is too harsh. They gained nothing.

WTF is with the sponge the 50km walkers put in their shorts... For pee?

Synchro swimming.... Really? Its just dance....

Mitcham bombed.

Bolt and blake have moves, the other 2 in the 4x100 need moves....

BMXing.... Needs a new results scoring system. Too much luck involved.

Tennis not needed.

Soccer not needed.

We need better commentary. Roy and HG were brilliant in 2000

Might as well he way they're going.
They shouldnt really move far from athletics and the pool.

Some events are just bullshit, inappropraite to be associated with the Olympics.

Once again......beach vollyball ? Who's idea of a joke was that ?
