no idea, but I ran for ~3 hours playing soccer with the kids, who also had a mate round for sleep over.

I guess I ran ~10k today, certainly 6 or 7..

I also pushed the kids round the garden using a broom to push the back of the pedal car to save my back!

And i rode my unicycle for 30 minutes or so too... THAT's hard on the legs.

so what your saying is that you didn't do a fun run either

I love how you you've been taking pics and doing twitter updates throughout the run :D

I guess I'm saying having a family life is just as energetic, and infinitely MORE fun.

the 12km's i did at the gym watching video hits (although listening to ipod as tv on mute) was sufficient for me
and less people too

Well done on the recognition of your hike down to the bay. Not a bad time considering your prep. And you jogged back to the HWY after the Dublin?

I sat this year out and watched from the side lines... so much more relaxing.

Hehe cheers - I had a great day, the atmosphere is fantastic and the run itself is quite fun with all the characters (and hot chicks :D ) and stuff around you. I took it easy being an idiot but still got a similar time to previous years when I'd been training a lot more, funny thing is though I was nowhere near knackered at the end, wish this was on 3 or 4 times a year.
