Nice one. My wife asked what our Halloween policy is. My response was very similar to yours. I can't stand Australians adopting such Americanisms.

It involves them going door to door asking for lollies, how many people don't keep sweets in their houses ? so it's embarrassing for the adults and disappointing for the kids not to mention dangerous if they aren't accompanied.

Funny you say that Luke.  I said the same thing today in the UK.  They are into it huge! I thought after handygate everyone would be avoiding the US like the plague!!!

On topic, dodge, have enjoyed the odd Guinness or 10 over here.  :D. Tastes a lot better than back home.
