OK, let's have a poll.  How many standard drinks did you have in the past 7 days?  Dodger, you go first.

Usually about 6 to 8 brandies on a Friday and Saturday, they might be a little over standard drink size :p

Now I'm experimenting with red and white as an alternative so not counting at present.

You would be on zero ?

Yes, that's right.  I've forgotten what it tastes like.  I still buy wine (for the wife and to take to dinners at friends places) - and I'm not seeing much at $15 that I want to take home.

Unless you have a trained pallet, the cheaper ones (not too cheap) are perfectly fine, $20 or thereabouts is a good every day drink.

Why did you give up ? Liked it too much ?  :p
