Over the last week i have been working on this little project, turned out pretty well.

I made myself a "blimp" for a microphone. idea is it shields the mic from wind. Ordinary off the shelf microphone blimps do a decent job of shielding wind up to 30-40kph..... when you need to shield wind of 100kph... you kind of need to step it up a bit.
