So it’s been 1 month since I started and I have finally reached my goal of 10kg. But it doesn’t stop here. I want to get back to 90-93kg
It took 2-3 weeks to lose 7-8kg then another week to get to 10… but I did slacken off a bit in there. And there was the heat wave thingo….
I’ve increased my workout to interval training. I still do 90% of my exercise as rowing, but I have changed the way I exercise and I have noticed the increased benefits.
Instead of rowing for 30 mins at 60% effort… I now row 20 mins at 60% but with 30 second 100% sprints every 4 mins.
As a result I’m feeling much more tired during the day… and hurting a bit more. But no pain no gain hey…
Anyway so just so I can keep a track.
19th Jan – 115kg
19th Feb – 105kg
