Me either....lost our last cat in April last year, got a pic of her on the table before the injection, she had skin cancer.
I still think about it.....a bit too much.

Still there but we think it's scared to come down due to our dog and the neighbor has a couple of yappers. Going to lock our dog in tonight and leave the gate open. Hopefully it will be hungry and leave in search of food.
