The best in Perth would score a 5/10 in Sydney or Melbourne.

In the South West you have a couple good ones, but that's it. Drive to the SW. Take her for the anniversary to Cape Lodge to spend the night and eat at their restaurant. Top 10 in the WORLD.

Well on the subject of restaurants what would you consider Melbourne's finest ?

Heading to Perth for the first time ever and it is mine and the mrs wedding anniversary and would like to treat her to at least one decent meal.

Modo Mio at the Crown Perth is definitely open on a Sunday.  Decent fine dining Italian food.

I am a big fan of Balthazar............small menu but its always fantastic, and the wine list is excellent....in my top 6 worldwide

Clarks in north beach if you like cosy and intimate.
Amuse in north perth if you book early enough
Lane way lounge if you want to chill with tapas
