Guy in NZ builds them with air bags. Very similar where the tray drops flat on the ground, no idea of specs, price is NZ$16k . Is 2500 legally as wide as Nevco can build them due to regs?

no 2.4m

But you need 2.06 for a GT3 car, that leaves only 44cm total tyre space available.

George from Nevco went through all the relevant ADR's for the trailer system. The first batch had some welding issues and these were resolved. I havent had any issues with the trailer and I wouldnt classify it as an issue but with no suspension when unladen it does bounce a bit. This is solved by reducing tyre pressure. We were able to do a full stretch to Tasmania from Adelaide with all luggage and equipment necessary.

I toyed with the idea of a transporter and finally went and purchased a rigid 9 tonne van with 3000kg lifter. The idea was to use it for car transporting. Bad idea, the thing goes out for hire.

Am happy with the trailer.
Meeting women on the Internet? Remember, the more similarities u “magically” have, & the more she agrees with u, the fucking crazier she is.

Is that wheel to wheel or body width? Are the front wheels as wide as the rear? The rear doesn’t matter if it’s drove on.

I just photographed my on Tuesday to start advertising for sale.

It is a dedicated Carrera Cup Enclosed trailer with the follow;

1) hydraulic pump for tilt.
2) side small doors for tie down.
3) front top door access.
4) provision for 4 wheels.
5) electric winch to pull the car on.
6) electric brakes.
7) provision for a gas bottle to jack the car up.
8) led lights all round.

This was an amazing built trailer that cost me heaps.

Asking is $12,500.

I will post some pics shortly.

PM me if you want additional info.

Regards

Aaron

Just checked and loaded a Nevco right now.....

Absolute max is 2.01 m. To tilt mechanism not wheel arch. So to make wider is big engineering job, and then you'd need to run 175 wide tyres max due to tall side wall flex and clearance.

Great trailers, really excellent. But the width limitation for exotics is probably too much to engineer, legally, for.

Just get a good little truck. The engineered Nevco will end up at $30k with accessories and mods. And it's still open, insecure, not weatherproof, requires tow car, hard to park and limited extra space.

This is mine.

Would you get a 458 in that trailer? It was the mirrors that got me last time, cost me two trips to Sydney, second time with an open trailer
