Not read this one, but I'm now at a point where my body of research makes me wonder how the idea that cholesterol and fat ever even got to the point of being considered bad.

Fat Head and Why We Get Fat go a long way toward explaining how it happened - but I still find it incredulous that the world has and still demonises the two most important things in our body.
