He was leaving AE Performance, a workshop and race team he co-owned with Roger Rodas who was the owner and driver of the Carrera GT.

That explains why early reports said it was Walkers new car, they associated the car to the race team rather than the actual owner.

We watched Fast n Furious #1 tonight - her first time, my gazillionth.

The only one without Paul Walker in it.

As an aside - the guy in it (Lucas Black) was my favourite child actor, he was fucking amazing in American Gothic as Caleb.

Edit: I think he was also in some dance track video from about early 2000's - running around a field with a balloon or some shit? I'm sure I hear it every freakin' day on 997 Radio but can't remember it.
