Not a huge fan of the frontage......reminds me of the property on the Gold Coast for sale

The block was subdivided off by a previous owner of no 9 about 12 years ago.  The current owner (a builder) slowly built the house over about 3 years.  3 Edwin Terrace was sold recently for about $5m - still has the sign up so wouldn't be showing as a sale yet.  Edwin Terrace is one of Adelaide's best streets with several $4m - $7m houses.

Not a fan of the exterior, but I do like the kitchen, the cellar, the bathroom/s and some rooms.

The one thing I am most curious about though is that blue car next to the California. I have a feeling it's Lamborghini Diablo. If it is, it'd be one sick car in that colour.
