I wouldn't personally pay more then $3m. I guess it's worth what someone is willing to pay. To build all the properties it has the DA for would cost a bomb. Then you have to try sell it.

Yes you could reconfigure the road into a track of sorts.

Underground power is already in for the units and you could start building today.

Sooooooo, Set it up as a retreat for exotic car nuts, accommodation etc and it's own track.

Truck the cars in perhaps or have that facility, the boys can arrive by chopper.

Put a helipad in (just flatten an area somewhere) in case of serious accident.

MHH could put the whole project on his Gold Amex without going over his limit and I'd like first go round the track, get the chopper to stand by as the Lexus gets a bit jittery over 300kph in corners.
