I've done the car thing - now I'm back onto planes (although I can't fly them - well they've all crashed).  I'm currently 10 months into the build with another 12 months to go I reckon.  It's a classic 1/7 scale plane thingy.  What my great uncle use to fly in the war.  Made the old fashioned way - with great patience.

Building that would stress me out instead of relaxing.. Took me 2 solid weeks to build my first plane, and that was with some parts partly assembled. Flew it once, landed it, packed it up and never flown again. Another one of those things I wished I could have done when I was a kid..
