Most of them are decommissioned now. The big dishes are still up there because they are too expensive to remove. The towers are still used for Mobile arrays though.

Back in the day we were told not to get in front of them. Never had a Radman back then to see what they really blasted out!

I'd seen it before it's very scary, makes you wonder what they pay those guys and how they let them go at that height with no restraint is beyond belief.

At that height there would be moisture on those ladders, no restraints, sounds a bit unreal.
