it is. multi-level. my favourite part was the spider crabs. recommend it.

i think the okinawa one has the largest bit of that sort of aquarium glass in the world... not sure if it's the largest aquarium though.

Those crabs are fucking freaky. The colorful jellyfish that die if they touch the sides are cool too!

As for what to do in Sydney this Sunday, theres a big surfing thing going on at Manly, Sunday will be the last day. I think they have lots of other events happening on and around the beach too, even if you arent into surfing there might plenty of scenery to photograph. As im sure you are aware, you can take the ferry to get there.

I'm going there today, hoping to get some photos of Bucky Lasek and Bob Burnquist, skateboarders from the days when I used to skate. Also The Living End is playing this afternoon as well

Apparently it rained last night....

We had 53mm in 2 hours last night at the airport. Hope my planes not delayed this morning.

So what did you get up-to in the end?  :)

Not a lot. Went to the aquarium, walked around, spotted an aventador/gto and had dinner by myself because someone cancelled....

futurism - If you're in Osaka for more than a couple of days, I recommend seeing Osaka Castle. Don't bother paying the entrance fee, its exterior is the best part and the observation deck up top is always unpleasantly crowded.

im in the region for 6 days, staying very near the castle, its on my list of possible things to do, I travel without an itinerary of any kind other than plane flights and hotels, so will likely end up there on a day where the weather suits

thanks for the recommendation
