I used to use energy drinks to keep me awake during the day when I had to start work at like 8 or 9am - like 3-4 cans in the first couple hours - have since managed to pretty much set my own hours so it's no longer an issue.  Don't need any stimulant to stay awake all night, am rarely asleep before 3am no matter whether I haven't slept for days before - just not destined for the daytime world.

I know your pain. Maybe we'll have to start our own insomnia thread.

Nice work.  Yesterday I bought some of Jasper Coffee's Sulawesi Kalosi Toraja blend for my plunger ($11 per 250g).  It's meant to be strong, full bodied black coffee.

yeah cool, looking forward to trying some new flavours… my first batch is Monjava “cosmopolitan” Arabica. Which is meant to be a bit nutty…. And it sure is. Not sure if it will be a favourite or not yet. I've tried different lengths of time to get different tastes, and can taste the difference.

oh, also got a list of things to try?
