I seldom fly Jetstar. They are notorious for delays and cancellation. However, seeing that I have to fly into the Gold Coast it was either Virgin of Jetstar.... I should have gone Virgin.

Needless to say, Jetstar did not dissapoint. I got told at check in that my flight has been delayed by 2 hours. However, I shouldn't leave the airport cuz the delay might be shorter...great.. 3 hours wait in the lounge.. whoopeee...

I hate you Jetstar... yes... i'm venting..  i could have gone for an hour squirt around the hills in the Turbo

I hate qantas, banks, coles and WW, etc etc. The list is very long.

I've flown jetstar once and it was delayed and shocking service. I fly virgin most of the time and qantas ocassionally.... Apart from the lack of "free" food and drinks on virgin, I find it the friendliest service

Jetstar lost our luggage Qantas are the best in my opinion.

next time i'm sticking to flying into Brisbane and driving down to GC and back... bahh... and the food in the lounge sucks..

I've had many delays and "system" faults with virgin... one year had an emergency mission to take parts to Targa tassie.... got delayed... arrived 3am to do repairs for 7am start...

Only flown jetstar once, very recently, and it was fine. In fact they were great as we thought we'd losta  kids shoe, they turned the place up side down, then we found it after all 

I have a sneaking suspicion the Virgin girls aren't though
