3 months i think....

It's been in the family for about 15 years and with a family friend before that. It's lived at my place on and off for 4 or 5 years. Hoping to keep it here now.

We'll have to organise that photo shoot soon David. There will be a few cars of interest to choose from.  :thumbsup:

good to hear.... im sure birdwood would love for you to display it there at some stage....
im free pretty much any time... so just let me know. happy to do multiple cars at once.

They've asked for it before but it isn't going to happen. 6 months in a museum - I'd rather drive it. Much more interesting to see it on the road being used than sitting in a static display.

i was chatting the owner of the blue daytona that lives in there... he said he drives it maybe once or twice a year... and in the same breath he said he loved the car and loved driving it.... go figure

Already well into it...

What an emotional read...

Highly recommended. Tear jerker if you were that way inclined.

Finished the book now. An amazing human story so often touched by tragedy and triumph both personally and professionally. Especially with follow on related deaths of Colin McCrae and Richard Burns.

The book gets a bit more like an event diary after half way, but overall it's still a great read.
