Driving my Range Rover on the Eastern Distributor this morning at 10.50am and a woman driving behind me in a Honda Civic, decide that texting was more important that watching the road. I had to stop for the car in front of me had stopped......she didnt......impact speed was 60km/h. The guy behind her then hit her at around 30km/h and they both hit me again........

Score:
Holden wagon........carried off on a tow truck never to retun to the game

Honda Civic.......carried off and multiple amputee.......never to be seen again

Range Rover......asked for a band-aid and got on with the game.....

Looks like she would have been better off not trying to brake at all since it was obviously so last minute.  Probably just dipped the nose without actually washing off any useful speed. :?

Glad you're ok.

Sorry, got really really busy.  Haven't been back here for about 2 weeks.  Not sure where the time went.

On the topic of bent vehicles, my wife was in a 3 car end-to-ender during the week, so there's something else to add to my already heavy workload.  Most importantly she's ok, but dealing with insurance companies etc is something I could have done without.
