Looks like it's some sort of app or cheaper service to cut agents out. At first I thought Uber were doing it but doesn't appear so. A chain of cut price agents would do to existing agents what  Chemist Warehouse did  to chemists

I agree, I paid $33,000 in com to sell my house. all they did was spend another 15K of my money on ads promoting themselves, then put some bonehead on the job telling everyone at the first open that it wouldn't make the reserve.

My uninformed guess is that very few agents make big bucks. Plus industry turnover would be huge.

The good ones make big $$ the average make nothing.
Essentially when you hire them you are paying for their data base of clients. So essentially the good ones can charge more
