Sounds good to me.... Might even be able to do some "special" photos....:darkside:

I really like this one, hope I can get something in while in Europe :)

I just pictured the dolly zoom effect of you standing at your wedding.... Just realising what you're getting into.

If anyone was wondering the validity of this whole challenge - I took a couple photos on today's Lambo run to illustrate - this may or may not be my entry, haven't looked at all the pics yet....

Anyhoo, both of these photos were taken within 30 seconds of one another - same car, same position, same framing, same camera settings EXCEPT zoom.

The only difference between exhibit A and B, is that in A I was standing about 6 feet from the car and there was no zoom on the camera, in B I was about 30 yards from the car with probably 5-6 times zoom, dunno.

Really makes you wonder about so many car photos you've seen hey...

Those things look good at any angle or focal length :)
Loving the difference in perspective. When I flick from one to the other and back and forth, the wider one reminds me of a cat trying to poke it's head through a small hole.

I tried it with the Diablo too - same circumstances.

Both cars look much better at full zoom.  I try to take dead front shots at zoom if possible because it shows the dimensions of the car better.

I took these yesterday - both at f8.0, but first @ 18mm and the second @ 110mm zoom. I continue to like full frontal car shots taken from further away with zoom lenses rather than closer with wide angle lenses.  This shows the difference nicely.
