A sign that you need to get an iPhone 4S with an 8 megapixel camera :p

What, like the 8MP camera I've had in my Desire HD for the past year?

FYI, i always look at the moon low on the horizon and it looks so much larger, but my head says it isnt...

anyway heres a shot from early tonight just over the horizon (right), and one 2 mins ago about 70 degrees from the horizon (left)

I can give you a full scientific explanation about perception bias and atmospheric distortion.

But basically yellow pixels are heavier than white ones.

technically its further away when on the horizon too. as i said, i know it to be so, its just your eyes can play tricks

I took a bunch of pics, they were interesting, but not worth sharing.

Do a test of when it's say half an hour in the sky (still big vusually) vs 8 hours (near zenith and tiny). You'll find what your camera sees is quite indifferent, apart from a little atmospheric distortion.
