HI Guys

looking for pictures of the Blue 1963 356b that was on display at the Melb Motor Show?
I am assuming it was on the Hamilton's stand.

any clues in where to start looking.
Porsche Australia has nothing from the digging I have done there through PCA.

any leads would be great

I would contact Michael Browning (michael@browning.com.au), the Porsche 356 Registry and then Alan Hamilton. Surprised PCA aren't able to help, who did you speak with? Alex Webster may be the best point of call at PCA as his dad may be able to help or at least point you in the right direction.

things are ramping up on my search.

I have received this picture, I don't know when or where it was taken but looks identical to the car I am searching for.

There is still a couple of feelers out there and need details of this picture, a Higher res one would be great. I believe this picture is in the 2001 published 50th anniversary Porsche book.

If anyone has a clue for where to go next please let me know

I will look at the book tonight. I know for a fact that the description of the photo in the book is not from 1963, was earlier (1960 I believe) because it was the first book I looked at after reading your search.

Another avenue I was thinking about would be to go through the State Library's photo archive.

I have always understood the car to be a 63 but apparently we have been told it might be a 62, I will be checking this out.

Obviously, doesn't have a photo of the Porsche stand but conceivable the photographer (Edwin G Adamson) took more photos. Therefore, Museum Victoria could be a lead. Actually looking at the comments, somebody has asked for help sourcing photos of another car on display.
