Back in 2007 I was standing around at the old Rick Damilion's on Parramatta road and I was told a customers about to bring his brand new bright green GT3 RS to show.

I was captivated and fell in love instantly (don't tell the wife). Although I was in a brand new Elise at the time sold to me by Rick Damilion's this bright Green Porsche throbbing away with its eagerness of its lightened flywheel was every thing I've ever wanted in a car, and after driving the non RS version over several weekends, still is to this day.

Now 7 years on and 2 Lotus' later time is right for me to find and buy into that dream. Trouble is they are as rare as hens teeth.

My question for Porsche nuts is, how can i find out how many 997 gen1 GT3 RS's were sold in Australia? And if possible the level of detail of how many in the Green im ultimately after so I know the likely hood of this actually happening?
Kind Regards

Green one was on the market here about a year or so ago. Was on car sales for some time. In Adelaide.

Call the Porsche centre Adelaide and tell them to organize a deal for you.

I know the current owner - JB - who loves it. :)

Would love to see the dark olive series 1 - total long shot but anyone know the owner?

I too love the green.

There were 2 Gen 1 cars (White, Silver) for sale for quite a while going back 4 ago and they hung around for a bit of time.

Orange and Green are more preferred.

That's for sure.
May the Horse be with you....
