If you were to buy this today how much would you burn if you sold it in 12 months -

Consider -

an extra 15k on the clock

selling private as against buying retail

I would suggest probably in the order of $20k given that its not the 'cheapest' example out there.

also being an Auto would probably take longer to sell than a Manual

considering you'll be paying Stamp Duty, insurance, service, and insurance.

That wouldn't be far of the mark.  Expect to lose a minimum of $1K per month in depreciation plus running expenses etc.

Its $20k over priced.

There's a nice artic silver 997 S tipper in QLD with 44k on the clock with the owner asking $87k from memory.  I'm looking to pick one up to replace my Cayenne as a daily.

Drove one a while ago, wasn't impressed, later thought it must have been me, these cars are great aren't they ?

Took this one out same thing, could have been in anything , it's nothing special, perhaps if I drove it more to it's limits I might appreciate it.

BUT could be that the auto is just too soft.

Certainly my Lexus is more responsive

Would be a good daily drive though.

That only happens when you slow down and take off again....annoyingly, apparently 6 gears aren't enough they fixed it with an extra one on the new model.

Corolla was a rental..........while the Lexus alloys were fixed after a car wash buggered them

I could probably call the Lexus a Ferrari, most women wouldn't know the difference.
