Hi All,

I'm new to this forum, have been an OzRenaultSport and AussieFrogs forum member for years now as I have owned and currently drive those cars.

I know I'm nowhere near the league of these awesome exotics with my daily driver being a humble Clio 182 Cup but thought I'd post here to see if anyone was willing to help me out.

Basically I'm getting married in January in Sydney and was wondering if any nice owner of a 997 Carrera S or even non S would be willing to escort myself and my bride from our reception (Doltone House Pyrmont) to our hotel (which would be somewhere in the city). I've always wanted to have a Porsche Carrera getaway car but unfortunately can't seem to find one through the wedding hire places.

Of course I don't expect this for free and would be willing to pay for the service. I can't imagine it taking more than an hour of the night, might even squeeze in a quick photo with it?

So would anyone be willing to help out? It would be greatly appreciated.

Jamie

I hope your bride to be is tiny - the happy couple will be a tight fit in a 911 if the owner drives you.  Or do you plan the somewhat less romantic two trip option?

I'm in Adelaide so I can't help you, but IIWY I'd use the Clio - it would look good with ribbons across the bonnet and tulle on the parcel shelf.  :p

My clio is that blue with white strips on it already so I guess its set to go haha

Nah seriously we're both very small people, her especially... otherwise what other exotic car should we consider that has rear seats??? Something unique??

How'd you go?  Still together? :p
