The 2015 car asking $370k. 2016 is $372k and 2017 is $375k. I would say low $300s on the 2015 car would be my guess.

I don’t think it’s that simple.
It’s going to take a while for any increases to hit rent.
The reality is given the current property market most landlords are going to need to absorb the cost.
