360C. Fantastic contribution, so interesting to hear some of the details on these cars, and to fill in the gaps as us punters look on from the sidelines.

Ash, can you split to a 'wanna go racing, this is what is costs' thread. Maybe we can get some discussion on what is buyable, tunable and trackable ... on a ... budget (haven't said how big yet).
C'mon, do it!

Like that has never happened before :)

I'm one of the worst culprits too. :)

Caught my eye too.  Every other SLC 107 I've seen is a bit girly...  but that is awesomely faaaaaaat.

EDIT:  but I wonder if that wire hanging down below used to connect anything important??  :scared:

Thought some of you guys might like that one... It had the front and rear bars removed, but with the Carbon Fibre Flares, yes, Carbon Fibre, it still had some presence

That SLC is great looking car, brilliantly different for the road/race scene.

Must be either an import as M-B in Aus never delivered 500's - or it's (likely) a 450 with a 500 badge. The non standard exhaust looks expensive too.

Check out these guys....

I run a short wheelbase '74 450SE occasionaly and the grunty 4.5 V8 with the 3 speed 'box is always in the right gear with plenty of old school poke. Except it literally burn's a buck of fuel per km 'round town.

Now, to find an old SLC and skunkwork an M100 450 SEL 6.9 engine into it.....

Cheers

Stew.
