Watch Bairdo fly at B12, I'm looking forward to it, he's superb.

This series is going to be bloody awesome. Maybe even get a bit of class back into the crowd rather than the V8 bogans ;)

Look out for Ben Barker, former F3 driver from the UK. He was in my corner giving great advice with my new Radical at last weekend's NSWMRC (Eastern Creek).

Also former Porsche sparring partner and great guy Shane Smollen stepping up to Cup series after winning the GT Challenge last year.

And of course, Damian Flack, fellow Corse Motorsports stable mate.

Bairdo won't have it all his own way, there are some pretty aggressive privateers in there (Max Twigg, Theo/James).
Youth is wasted on the young...

there are some good drivers for sure, but Bairdo is clear favourite still.

Craig was 3 seconds a lap quicker than the others on the test day at Winton, I dont think he will have that luxury this weekend but can't see anybody beating him, having an F3 guy there is all good but these Cupcars are a very different beast and NOBODY steers one better than Bairdo.

ho hum...
Seems Craig hasn't quite won the series just yet.
Good to see in the first race very close dicing by the top 5 runners. Ben Barker well on the pace given yesterday was the first time he has ever driven a cup car.

Not sure what Nathan Tinkler is up to circulating at 12sec/lap slower...he should have been excluded due to the 109% rule.

err, bairdo is 2nd after one race....

this series can be won without even winning a race...

in a coutnry where tall poppies are machete'd as soon as possible, it's not a bad plan!
