My photos from the weekend will be published soon.

In the meantime, here's one from where it almost all went wrong really early for scud.
that was at a restart. i was behind the audi who was behind a commodore. the audi waited till the start line when he should of taken off at the control/finish line which is earlier after the last corner. green flag being waved at the control line which means go go go. and i thought i was a rookie. i wondered what he was doing when he wouldn't overtake the commodore at the control line, so i gunned it and he moved across probably not knowing i was there ( though i doubt it) and i had no option but to take the grass. was very hairy with 2 wheels off the track.

Yeah he was squeezing you from a long way back.  There was a few of us holding our breath.  Honestly didn't expect you to make the corner given all the rubbish on half your tyres by then.

What a way to pull the stumps out of the ground for good.

For those wanting to know how things really played out with the 458, Dom has put together an account of events on his website.

Great write up and almost fully accurate!

Onlt minor innaccuracy is about fuel level.

The car is delivered with fuel burn calculated and displayed in kg. It is possible to change and calibrate this though..........
