Entry is open and regs are out for 2017.

Finally they get pro-am driver seeding right.

1 driver must be bronze seeded.

There is a pro class too, so it's balls-out racing.

Plus an AM class.

12hr is on 2 weeks today.

Saturday Quali is live on Saturday on 7 mate.

As is the whole race.

Watching ROC, couldn't believe they didn't line the cars up at the same spot.

That much gap makes a huge difference on a short tight track.

Though the guy starting behind did win.

He lost the next one though against Coulthard.

Those 3 wheeler things look like a challenge to drive.  Not my cup of tea. :)

The Vuhl's look cool.

Good luck for the 12 hr Scud

3 wheelers look like polaris slingshots from the picture... would be a hoot!

No idea why a can-am spyder would be legal here, but these beasts aren't, I'd grab one in a heartbeat!  :)

EDIT: just watched a few clips. X Bows look epic, that's the bucket list car  :)

C'mon, do it!

I saw a Slingshot on the road on Saturday in Ferntree Gully Melb heading into the hills both guys wearing helmets. It looked like an Ariel Atom at first I didn't have a chance to notice what sort of rego it had unfortunately. They don't make a much sense to me given a 6.5sec 0to100 and wider than a Hurracan.

Really - that would be epic if they are testing for registration here.

They are silly things and look cool. That seems a fair reason?

Didn't by chance see if it had a plate on it?

Naa didn't see if it had a plate I was just walking out of the cafe and saw it drive by side on, the single rear wheel threw me. I didn't notice which of them was driving so couldn't even tell you if it was RH drive or not.
Cool looking is always a very valid reason to purchase a toy I'm sure we have all been guilty of that.

Scud, what's happened to Justin McMillan?  When I did a test day last week in the Argo at Phillip Island, there were a few GT3 cars obviously testing for Bathurst.  I noticed the Interlloy livery on a car and assumed it to be Justin.

Was just looking at the entry list for the 12Hr and don't see his name.  He seemed to be going well there for a while.
