funny how the engine was sealed after capacity test by perhaps the most respected eligibility officer in Historics in OZ.
Cams are free in historics ,it would be running G80 cams, which were period correct in the period as per most 2.7s that ran in racing in the 70s.
if there was an issue with that car ,would have been picked up by the HRCC long ago.as the commission dislikes Porkers.
and what about the other Porkers that are within a second of Morgans times?
You also forget that Morgan has plenty of money to throw at the car ie rebuilds on the motor and fresh gearbox most meetings, while others struggle with the week link...second gear wear.I'd say everytime it goes out its on fresh rubber.
and lets not forget Morgan is a class driver, with over 20 years experience in 911s.

Yeah yeah.

Its too fast to be legal.

Its over 7 emsec faster than b2 in his cheater 308 :tilt:

oh please ...so it should be ,its a purpose built racer as against a road car.
The driver has raced in 100s of racers,he's an Australian champion in his category,b2 at best is a reasonable lap dash driver.
I spent over 25 years in historics, know it in side out,in todays world of historics a puffed motor in a winning car....don't happen.
The people running the sport ,are very much awake to all the tricks that one can do to a 911,I should know as I've been through the ropes with 'em.
