When you go to put them on give the area a light misting with a water spray bottle as it will allow the air to escape better. Use a rubber blade like on a window wiper to smooth the sticker down as you go. Mark a straight line with a Chinagraph pencil to follow.

You can do it yourself but I use Morris from Elite Striping (0411 696 726) who will also cut and affix my company logo stickerss to the car. 

The CA stickers are a pain to fit properly.  It isn't hard to see who did their own - they are the ones with bubbles in them.

It's gone back to how it was in 2006 and 2007.  I'm guessing the comp guys weren't happy about several crashes in the non-competitive categories holding up the event last year.

It is nearly 7 weeks since the website is updated - I know several like me who are going but aren't yet on the list.  Expect a fresh update this week.
