Been awhile since I've posted here and a few weeks' since Island Magic, but here are a few shots from the weekend.

Allan and ted have won this superb event, again, smashing the lap record down from 1.34.4 to 1.31.20 on the way, and having a few dicey momnents too...

have a look at Allan pass this Mazda.... but wait..... watch out for the Lotus GT3... INCOMING!!!!!

Just loaded up my Island magic vid. Some great footage, check out the time/event markers. Plenty of needle threading, dogfighting with Ross Lilley's Viper over the first 15 laps for the lead by which time we had cleared out from the field and the ultimate tears (well not really). We were on the pace at 1min 36.5sec but look forward to next year for some better fortune.
Agreed with some comments floating around relating to speed differentials...pretty frightening. Would hate for one of those guys to suddenly pull out at the wrong time.
