Incredible.

I don't believe it is the same Ferrari. They did a deal on one overnight and modified it to Le Mans specifications.

Getting an entry is incredible effort.

Finishing the race is monumental.

Even doing 12 hours is hard enough.

The Ferrari n°57  of Krohn Racing looked like lost cause after their accident on Wednesday, but theAmerican team completed an extensive rebuild that brought them back to the circuit on Thursday night.

A car of the same specification was located in Italy, and leased to Krohn Racing for the 24 hours. The car had to be stripped and rebuilt to ACO / GTE Am specification, and the team did so in 9 hours.

Tracy W Krohn - Team owner and driver: "The team did a fantastic job getting the car together. We were very fortunate that everything came together at the very last minute. We were just getting ready to send the car out when we got a red flag. That was unfortunate, Now we just need to get approval from the Stewards to enter the race".

Dave Davies / ACO
