Yep, Chris in the F430 was doing 1:20s for the few laps at the end of the day, that Blue modified RX7 was consistently doing mid 1:19s when following the R35 and Aris was doing 1:16/7.

wonder how accurate the stopwatch is.  aris has some timing equipment in his car - will ask him what he was lapping in

interesting on the F430 - leburpor and i where talking about that.  dont think he drives very hard but hardly a fast car around that circuit

Just my phones inbuilt thing to tenth of a second so I rounded it down.

Fronts definitely yes but rears no. It was very tail happy so I am not sure if thats how the car is setup from factory or the tyres. I have no previous semi-slick experience so can only go by the last meet on street tyres it was understeering, this meet with the semis it was oversteering.

LOL - I'm sure the stopwatch is fine - it's the hand-eye coordination of the operator which is usually the suspect in the scenario.

That first shot is great!  One of the few angles I've seen that makes the GTR look goooood.  If only the ambo etc wasn't in the way - I'd be wanting it for the calendar....

funny you say that ash, i think that pic is the best from the whole day, only took about 250 photos, the whole day, considering last track day i took just over 1100 photos, but yes, is a shame for the ambo in the background but the GT3 in the background then my mate looking back at it give the photo something.
