I was actually 80% tempted to sign up. Pads will arrive in time and will have new tires too...then, I read that this event requires all cars to be equipped with Fire extinguishers  not too keen to have one installed in my car.

i've asked one of the guys to post some pics of his, he made a bracket that bolts between the passenger seat mounts, quite neat & no drilling

it's probably a good idea to have one in the car, especially after hearing about Les the other week & the couple cars i've seen catch fire at CA
