I love that part of the circuit.

I can see why, bit I have to say, in the Radical, it's all a bit shit.

Much prefer even Winton over Sandown, and p island of course.

I probably should have used my near new tyres rather than old junk, but it's the bumps that spoil it.

That's probably because the Radical doesn't like kerb hopping? Straight lining is fun. :)

Bummer...

I've just cancelled my intended entry for my first race.

The sports racer series uses a control kumho tyre, but for Radicals they insist on using a slick front, yet a treaded R spec road tyre for rear.

A crazy prospect IMO, potentially dangerous as messing with mixing  cross ply and radials is never much fun.

I'm out.

Even if I went testing first, I'm just not interested in changing the car away from its proven bespoke Dunlop.

Oh well

Even I know that's dumb. What's the reasoning?

Commercial agreement.

All the West and Speads and stohr can run a trusted Kumho 13" tyre. But Radical has 15" front wheels, and 16" rears.

Ok. I might be back on.... Despite this doc being issued, it's wrong. There is an S700 rear slick, and its a different, better, size too....do NOT have to use the v70a after all.....

Slicks all good, Radials too, so entry sent.

It's a bit late, but I think they'll accept it.
