aaaaahhh frig, I almost forgot, perhaps because of the concussion ... had a few hot laps in the Exige Cup 260. Sweet Jebus - it was seriously like being kicked by a gang of angry riverdancers.
C'mon, do it!

Ok, work demands aren't looking too ugly, but I just remembered I need to check brakes and coolant.

I ran it really hard to catch and overtake an Aston Martin in that last session, and given the AM had to have had at least 50km top speed advantage on the main straight, you can imagine what I had to do to mine in the corners!

Relax, there's stands in there (just hidden from view).  I was under there helping at various stages, and there's no way I would do that if it was just on a trolley jack!

Thought as much.  It just looked  with the rear wheel hanging in mid air like that.

Aussie delivery car would have had 415 - 430 crank HP and mine has around 475 - 485 crank. It was dynoed at 507 crank with a FVD chip and a few other mods but it was mucking up and doing weird boost stuff.  Mine is an "S" which had 450 crank HP std, so mine is only 25 -30 over standard.

Standard 993TT would go around 1550 -1575 kg's in road trim. Mine is about 1375kg's. Pulled a crap load of weight out of it but added back in with the cage. My cage is way overkill........welded in and so many bars you cannot get a helmet on the back seat area.......but safe!

Car is 6 speed and lsd

@ flamey - Take the viper! Get the boys to do the leak stat, then you can kill the clutch so it's worth replacing!

you know I love my car, right? but I don't think it would see which way a 993 turbo went on a track, all other things being equal.

Drive the 355 up to Sydney tomorrow, we can organise a few of the usual suspects for dinner tomorrow night then a day at the Creek. Leave the car with me indefinately and off you go home on a nice comfortable plane trip............

Hmmmm...  If they can get it done tomorrow, then I guess Friday would be the perfect opportunity to test it again...    :scratchchin:
